FAQ

Is my wedding date available?

We’ll answer that for you right away when you fill out the consultation form!  Once we email your proposal, we’ll also hold your wedding date for 7 days so you don’t have to rush to make a decision.

Do you charge for consultations

No, our first consultation is free.  Once you have booked any follow up assistance we offer as you are finalizing your wedding florals is absolutely free.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Before you book your floral consultation you should have your dress, bridesmaid's dresses and colour palette chosen, as well as your venue established. We will need this information to help choose the best flower combinations for you, your attendants, and your venue. Please also bring photos of your floral inspiration and of your bridal gown. This will help us achieve an overall picture of what you are looking for in wedding flowers and style.

How many other weddings or events will you schedule on the same day?

For us, it depends on the location and size of the events. We limit the number we take in a weekend based on how big our team is. Some of our weddings take considerable time to install!

How far in advance should I book my wedding florist?

We recommend booking your wedding florals 8-12 months before your big day. This timeline allows us to fully understand your vision, secure the freshest blooms, and carefully plan every detail to bring your dream florals to life. However, our schedule often starts to fill up as early as 12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding seasons. If you have a specific date or a unique floral design in mind, reaching out as early as possible

Can you create sample arrangements before I sign the contract?

We only create sample arrangements for the couples who have already booked with us, and we charge to make up the sample.

Do you require a minimum floral budget?

No we do not have a minimum

How far in advance do I need to secure your services?

Honestly, the earlier the better!  as it is first come first serve

What types of services do you offer?

We can create all of your floral needs for your wedding from bouquets, boutonniere, corsages, centerpieces, pew markets, alter, archway, garlands and many more.  We also have an extensive range of vases, pillars, pew stands and arbors, small votives through to large feature pieces for rental.

Do you provide rentals, like vases, arches or other decorative items?

Absolutely! Our extensive collection of vases, arches, and decorative pieces is available to all our clients. Whether you’re looking for sleek glass vases, vintage ceramics, or statement arches, we have a wide variety to choose from.

How much is the deposit and when is it due?

We ask for a 50% retainer payment to get booked and on our calendar.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment due is the remaining 50% which is due three weeks before the wedding.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes, this is included as a single, all-in-one fee, covering everything from transporting your florals to carefully setting them up at your venue.

Is there an extra fee if I need you to stay throughout the ceremony to move

Yes, if there is any need for our team to remain on site, we will ask for additional payment for that. We have to ensure our team is covered!

Do you Charge for end of the night tear down?

Yes, this is priced separately, as it involves removing all installations, centerpieces, and decor at the end of your event.
